I really enjoyed this podcast. Honestly I'd be the first to be DREADING it if my work booked me into an improv class 😂 as am introvert and not my play personality so I started the episode with a degree of scepticism. But listening the rules of improv really resonated, I could connect it to growth mindset and that drawing exercise actually sounded fun 😆 by the end of the episode I was actually having a little daydream about my team doing this together and what the outcomes could be.
